So how do you make those giant billboards that you see on farmers lots? Well normally it is done in sections of 4ft x 8ft panels of wood or aluminum or even 10mm thick coroplast like in this case. It is then installed like a jigsaw puzzle to complete the total size. Because you are far from the sign you generally wont even see the seams! Pictured here are the printed coroplast sheets and the final design that makes this entire 8ftx16ft billboard to be installed at a construction site.

We offer 2 sizes of led car toppers. Airfin and Magrip which are close in size but airfin smaller seem to be favored more by driving schools and the Magrip which is larger favored by delivery restaurants. general steps to making a faux wood sign with 3d letters on top 1. buy a nice stock photo for a wood grain you like 2. print this photo to the size of your sign on vinyl and laminate 3. use aluminum panel cut to size you want, round the corners, apply vinyl to face 4. cut acrylic lettering to size and thickness you want for your sign 5. print a drill pattern on paper to apply your letters 6. drill your mounting holes to your pattern into the sign 7 apply short pins to the back of your letters based on the pattern 8 place the letters onto the sign face through your holes and use spacers if you want to keep the letters off the surface for more 3d look, use a nut on the back to secure the letters 9 drill holes on the corners to mount the signs, can use standoffs or other types of mounting products 10 install!

Reception signs can be the nices or fanciest sign of your bsusiness. there are many ways to make a reception sign which depend on the logo complexity, size and colors. One of the common but nice ways is dimensional letters direct to the wall. there are many types of materials that can be used but if you want to go with a thick letter without breaking the bank or weight consider foam with a thin substrate on top like a metal or acrylic. Recreation of the famous Herbie 1962 VW beetle from the Disney movie. We recreated the original design based on photos and images that we could find online. Client confirmed the placement and sizing. Careful installation on this classic vehicle, going over the center bar and vents. All in all fun project and happy customer.
