A Fresh Look for a Kerr Village Landmark: Roedean Co-op Gets a Pylon Sign Refresh

In July, our team at Signarama Oakville had the opportunity to refresh the pylon sign for Roedean Co-op, a well-known non-profit housing community located in the heart of Kerr Village. Roedean Co-op, part of the John Scott Building, has been a familiar sight in Oakville since 1992. With its signature orange building and blue balconies, it stands near restaurants, grocery stores, and community centres that make this neighbourhood vibrant and walkable. Over time, even the most recognizable signage needs a refresh. The old pylon sign, shown in the second picture, had faded and no longer reflected the bright, welcoming spirit of the co-op or the community around it. We removed the worn panels and replaced them with clean, modern faces designed for better visibility, durability, and a more professional appearance. The result is a crisp, updated sign that helps Roedean continue to stand out in the Kerr Street area — day and night. If your property or business signage needs a refresh, we’d love to help. Whether it’s a complete redesign or a simple update, our team handles everything from design to installation.
